How to Increase Battery Life of Apple and Android Gadgets

Keep your device in cool place

Always keep your iphone or ipod in a cooler place. Don’t let it heat due to external factors like direct exposure to sunlight for more time, Direct exposure to heat emitting instruments or engines, Or even inside a Car without cooling system. As the heat of the device is more,the more it tries to drain its energy, in any of the ways. The suitable way is to dump and reduce battery back up,which will eventually switch off your phone and shuts down.

Turn Display  Brightness to automatic/low

Always turn on automatic brightness feature. Because,it will reduce the emission of screen light during dark atmo. Especially at late night chating,or flirting :P

If possible,turn it to low bright mode during those times :D

Set minimum time for Auto Lock

There will be minimum time for the auto lock to make the phone locked. As it is high,the timer system of the OS works more time which will use up the battery,even in ow battery mode. Hence use low duration timer.

Switch On Airplane Mode when Internet is not required (iPad / iPhone)

During olden times, it was a method in android phones ,that we will switch of the phone. Which will reduce the battery drainage even in sleep mode. But now we can use the airplane mode,so that no internet, network synchronization will be there and hence less battery consumption.

Remember, you will not get any calls during these time, so make sure you don’t or no one want to contact mutually.

Use  WI Fi than 3G

Always try to get a wifi connection for connectivity rather than depending on your 3G/4G. As the SIM will make the antennas system to work more during 3G/4G.

• Reduce or Eliminate Mail Checking automatically

• Reduce or Eliminate Push Notifications

• Disable Location Services

• Disable Blue tooth when not needed

• Charge and Discharge Battery Regularly

• Disable Vibrate Feature in Games
